Qualifications
Certificate or diploma in catering and hotel management or any related field.
Experience of at least two (2) years working in a busy kitchen
Skills
Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures in the kitchen.
Knowledge and appreciation of ingredients, ingredient selection, knife skills, and presentation.
Attention to detail per team player
