Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities will be to:-
Prepare the payroll, process complement control/salary administration/pension administration, in accordance with laid down regulations;
Implement Human Capital Management Policies, Rules and Regulations;
Update of the Human Capital employee database;
Implement of Human Capital Information System;
Conduct training needs assessments;
Manage Staff Leave;
Plan and coordinate meetings;
Draft communications; and
Handle correspondence
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: –
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution;
A Certificate in Human Resource Management or Administration or CPS Part I or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution;
Valid practicing license from a relevant body
High degree of integrity and responsibility;
Conversant with Labour laws and regulations; and
At least three (3) years’ experience in a related field; and
Proficiency in use of computer applications.
