Depends on what and why. They’ve had some slight work to make themselves feel better, no issue. They needed something to help with a medical issue, ok sweet. Extensive work, making you look obviously worked on, not for me, but if it makes them feel better about themselves, well, I can’t argue. I just dont find it attractive
