As the Global Lead of Learning and Development, you will lead the team tasked with the professional development of our entire organization by providing high-quality training opportunities which support the growth and development of staff and ensure we deliver additional impact for farmers. You will report directly to our Director of People Innovations, and manage 2-3 deputies on the team.
