U.S. Embassy in South Africa Administrative Assistant Jobs
Duties
Interfaces with and provides guidance to Mission South Africa entities on General Services Office (GSO) procedures, policies, and identification of personnel responsible for GSO functions. Serves as the Office Manager for GSO and maintains GSO written communication, files, SharePoint site, and other GSO-related intranet sites. Serves as Timekeeper for GSO sections as needed. Reports directly to the Supervisory General Services Officer (S/GSO) and serves as an assistant to the S/GSO in all functions and, indirectly, to the GSO staff as a whole.
