KEMRI Administrative Officer Jobs in Kenya
Key Responsibilities:
Imprest reconciliations and management
Monitor budget through expenditure
Prepare variance reports
Assist in facilitating training & conferences
Monitor & ensure payments for vendors are actualized
Asset register management
Assist in Inventory management
Support in study-related procurement processes and tracking of supplies
Vacancy Requirements:
Bachelors of Commerce in (Finance/Accounting option), Business Administration or equivalent
CPA part II
Good communication skills
Pleasant personality
Ability to work under pressure
Good report-writing skills
Good Computer skills, especially, MS Office packages
