Duties and Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the, the Executive Director will perform the following functions; provide strategic management and administration to the organization, implementation and review of policies, financial risk management, enforce compliance to statutory and institutional guidelines, preparation of financial reports and coordinate audit process.
Education and Experience:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance: Certified Public Accountant or hold CPA, CFA, СРМА.
• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in accounting and/or finance: 3 years of which should be at the managerial level with bilateral or international funding or non-profit development agencies
• Experience in developing project budgets and financial management systems
