A friend of mine is looking to employ somebody to head our Finance department as our Finance Manager The candidates must have CPA-K or B-com qualification for him or her to be shortlisted for the position.

We are looking for a Human Resource Manager with the following attributes:

  • 9-12 years experience in General HR practices- Recruitment, Performance Management, Labour Relations and labour laws, Industrial Relations, Disciplinary management, HR Projects.
  • Management experience- Preferred experience in managing big teams or having worked in organisations with big teams like 3k and above.
  • Outsourcing experience is a plus or understanding the entire value chain management.
  • Strategic and tactical mindset.
