Job Description
Pitch solutions to a customer (conduct technical presentations) and explain all the features and benefits of a particular product or service.
Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals such that it meets client’s requirement.
Respond to a request for information (RFIs) or request for proposals (RFPs) from customers.
Determine the technical requirement to meet customer goals.
Work with project managers and developers to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products.
Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities.
Able to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer and to Mediacent’s technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Provide accurate and timely management information, to include – activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPI’s Adhere to the Company’s Quality and Business Processes
Carrying out tender responses, answering and expanding on functional / technical requirements within complex tender documents of potential clients
Actively research and maintain a thorough understanding of our own products and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses.
Responsibility for ensuring all of the demonstration software is operationally running with the latest versions of software and with up-to-date relevant messaging.
To structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using Mediacent’s proposition. ‘
To assume responsibility for running a bid team, where relevant Interface with the implementation /project team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery
Ability to demonstrate Mediacent’s products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field.
Strong technical aptitude and understanding of software architecture, development methodologies, and technology trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to build rapport with customers, understand their business needs, and develop tailored solutions to address their challenges.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Hubspot, Bitrix24, Freshsales, or similar systems for tracking and managing sales activities.
Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, sales presentations, and industry events.
Passion for technology and software solutions, with a desire to contribute to the success of a growth-stage company.
Relevant Experience
2-3 years of progressively professional responsible experience in a related field.
