Job Description
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal brands and external clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within the agency.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback, ensuring timely and effective communication at all times.
Account Management:
Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, industry, objectives, and target audience to provide strategic guidance and support.
Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and production, to develop and implement advertising campaigns that meet client objectives and drive results.
Project Coordination:
Coordinate all aspects of client projects, including campaign planning, timeline management, budgeting, and resource allocation, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating communication, providing updates, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Client Satisfaction and Retention:
Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure a positive client experience and long-term retention.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients based on their needs and objectives.
Strategic Planning and Insights:
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients based on industry trends, market research, and data analysis, to help them achieve their business goals and stay ahead of the competition.
Internal Brand Management:
Collaborate with internal brand teams to understand their marketing objectives and requirements, and ensure their needs are effectively communicated and prioritized within the agency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated track record of developing and implementing effective advertising campaigns that drive results.
Knowledge of the Pan African advertising landscape, market trends, and cultural nuances is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools is required.
Relevant Experience:
Proven experience 3-4 years in client service, account management, or related roles within the advertising or marketing industry.
