What We Expect:

Assist with timely & correct preparation & dispatch of RFQs, RFIs, RFPs and tenders.

Liaise vendors according to task and instructions at hand.

In charge of requisition, approval and delivery of items as per user department.

Participate in stock take & avoid stock outs.

Up-to-date procurement records management up to and including payment related documents.

Qualifications and Skills

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Procurement or a relevant field is a distinct advantage.

2 – 3 years of progressively responsible experience in procurement.

Strong negotiation skills, business acumen, integrity, confidentiality and objectivity.

Excellent planning skills and highly organized with attention to details.
