Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Stock Controller to support our inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will possess a degree or diploma in a business-related field, demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and inventory management systems, and hold a CPA qualification.

Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and transactions.

Monitor stock levels and reorder points to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock counts with system records.

Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.

Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to optimize inventory management processes.

Generate reports on inventory status, stock turnover, and inventory-related expenses as required.

Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts related to inventory management.

Provide support during inventory counts and year-end audits.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Highly proficient in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and inventory management systems.

CPA qualification or equivalent certification preferred.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Prior experience in inventory management or related roles is advantageous.
