Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining customer resources in Kenya and exploring new customers. Maintain good customer satisfaction.
Provide hardware product solutions according to customer requirements and follow up on sales processes.
Responsible for developing and implementing hardware product sales plans and strategies.
Responsible for analyzing and reviewing market demand and competition, grasping market changes, and timely adjusting sales strategies
Independently handle and solve problems, manage hardware business and customer service team.
Coordinate the relationships between various departments and complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree;30-40years old
Preferably Indian in Kenya
English can be used as the working language
Having hardware department store customer resources and industry friends,Familiar with the Kenyan market and willing to travel
Managed a team of at least 10 people with 4 years of sales management experience
Proficient in using computers and office software
