Job Description
Handling customer interactions at various levels of customer touch points.
Consistently follows the set Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.Ps) during production.
Advices the Barista in charge on stock levels.
Maintains a clean, tidy and working counter at all times.
Assists the barista in charge in running the barista counter.
Doing the daily stock take of counter products at the end of the shift.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
Ensuring sufficient supply of products for sale in the counter by doing sufficient back up.
Ensuring all take-away and eat in orders are dispensed promptly according to the order docket
Carry out any other task as may be instructed by superiors.
Arranging the pastry case and ensuring that it is always clean.
