NCBA Business Analyst – Ecosystem Business Jobs in Kenya
Job Purpose Statement
The primary mandate of this role is to provide vital support to the LOOP’s Ecosystems Head and CCO’s office in driving Ecosystem Strategy development and execution, sales enhancement and management, portfolio and market analysis, and performance oversight. Additionally, this position plays a pivotal role in project management, ensuring the efficient and timely implementation of strategic initiatives within the Ecosystem Business Unit.
This role is specifically focused on ensuring that all ongoing activities are in alignment with LOOP’s overarching strategic goals and budgetary objectives. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, it involves guiding the strategic direction, expanding the business by facilitating the execution of key initiatives identified by Ecosystem Head. This encompasses developing Ecosystem target markets that are in line with LOOP’s capital allocation, revenue and balance sheet targets and facilitate the development of different strategies for growth and increased profitability at Ecosystem level.
This position also provides direct assistance to the Ecosystem Team, generating analytical reports that offer valuable insights for business analysis and performance assessment. This encompasses the meticulous examination of cash flows and financial statements to create concise reports, constructing financial models, and preparing forecasting tools for financial projections.
Moreover, in collaboration with other analysis units across LDFS Group, this role contributes to the preparation of ad hoc analysis for change projects, facilitating informed decision-making processes.

The position is based in an office environment but allows for remote working. The position holder may work outside the office environment;
in the field visiting clients, meeting with industry stakeholders, making presentations in various forums, etc.

Academic
Desirable

Experience
At least five (5) years’ relevant work experience with specific experience in:
