To assist the Manager Account Services in maximising the team’s performance, unlocking the team’s potential to deliver operational excellence incorporating best practices, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and managing risk within the team. Provides technical and expert support to enable the team to meet and exceed the client’s expectations in line with service level agreements and set quality standards.
