Internship Description
Are you a wizard with words or graphics? Can you craft messages that connect emotionally, tell a story, and yet can speak to impact and statistics? Can you create visually interesting reports and graphics or develop short compelling videos? Are you someone who can navigate different channels and demonstrate knowledge of how best to communicate on them? If this sounds like you, you could be a great fit for our Communications Intern.
The Intern will play a vital role in supporting the World Vision Southern Africa’s Communications and Advocacy Team dedicated to fostering a technical excellence culture that is aligned to the changing internal and external landscape. The team is seeking a dynamic, self-starter individual with a strong interest in humanitarian and development sector seeking an exciting opportunity to expand their current scope of work. If you are the one, you must have an excellent written communication skill, proficiency in social media platform.
As
an intern, you will join our team, and the larger Southern Africa team, to bring creative and fresh ideas to our current work. You will join an exciting team of communicators contribute to the development of a strong communications foundation by sharing ideas for creative content and developing materials to communicate about our work in Southern Africa.
