Job Role
Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
Manage and lead the IT team, providing direction, guidance, and support.
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects.
Provide cost-benefit analysis for proposed IT investments.
Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard the organization’s data and systems.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware.
Recommend and oversee the adoption of new technologies that enhance operational efficiency.
Manage IT support services, ensuring timely resolution of user issues
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the IT skills of users.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plan.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their technology needs and expectations.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of IT systems and services.
Provide regular reports to management on IT performance and key metrics.
Encourage a culture of innovation within the IT department.
Effectively manage change within the organization, especially related to IT implementations.
Ensure the organization’s IT practices adhere to relevant laws and ethical standards.

Experience in Odoo ERP is a MUST
