Lady here. There’s always going to be a certain amount of wariness. Even you asking this question here implies that you’re trying to figure out how to flirt without flirting, haha. If we’re genuinely attracted to you, we might keep chatting. The least awkward place to talk to us out of the blue is somewhere where you’re more expected to talk to strangers, like a bar.
