Kiran has 20 years of urban technology and regulatory experience advising public agencies and companies on cutting-edge issues including privacy-first data applications, effective right of way management, and net-zero carbon strategies to deepen community resilience. Kiran is the former Chief Resilience Officer for the City of Oakland and served as a Senior Deputy City Attorney focusing on land use, real estate, urban redevelopment and municipal law.
