The Young Talent Development Programme is an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Graduate Trainee. The programme runs for 12 months across various business units within CAM. Requirements

CAM is looking for candidates in the following areas:

Economics

Accounting

Data Analytics

Investment Management

Admission requirements:

25 years and younger

Unemployed

Recent graduate (2022 – 2024)

Undergraduate/postgraduate degree or close to completing with strong academic results and a proven balanced lifestyle

The ideal candidates:

Have strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills

Are forward thinking and have an ability to innovate and find new ways of working to strengthen efficiency and competitiveness

Are disciplined, committed, have a strong work ethic and can-do attitude

Have a client-oriented mindset

Is a proactive self-starter with an inquisitive nature and eager to learn

Have a strong digital mindset and capabilities
