Job Description
As a Marketing Manager, you will have a crucial role in driving the overall success of the brand. The main responsibility of a Marketing Manager will be to manage the entire marketing lifecycle of all marketing activities that the business partakes in. These activities are broken down below:
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Strategy development and planning of campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online).
• Implementation of the marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement as well as preparing campaign reports to monitor success.
• Creating engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage.
• Building sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as vendors, and creatives as per the need.
• Manage all events whose tickets are being managed by Belle Beauty and be ready to provide support to event owners as and when required.
• Liaise with the social media manager with regards to content creation and online campaigns that will push users to the digital platforms.
• Maximize business revenues by finding new opportunities that the business can take part in through our digital platform and outside it.
• Represent the business at conventions, meetings, interviews and any public relation activities that have been identified with the aim of
bringing the spotlight on the business.
• Participate in actively marketing the business on social media by way of participating in instagram lives, reels and any educational content that will highlight the brand in a positive way.
• Performing market analysis and research to help the business understand its targeted audience better and how best it can serve it.
• Competitor Analysis: To find ways to stand out and get better by monitoring what our competitors are doing.
Key Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing from a recognised institution.
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role in a fast paced organization.

• Moderate knowledge of social media dynamics.
