Key Responsibilities:
Review and ensure accurate documentation of created invoices and orders.
Enter supplier invoices into QuickBooks for data input and record-keeping.
Enter and update stock and production data.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness and correct any discrepancies.
Maintain and organize digital and physical data files related to production and inventory.
Collaborate with production, inventory, and sales teams to gather necessary information for data entry.
Generate reports and summaries based on entered data for management review.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and data entry software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data confidentiality.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
