KCB Bank Senior Manager – HR Risk Controls & Governance Jobs in Kenya
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership in HR Risk Control & Governance assignments.
Provide assurance that HR operations and processes conform to current KCB HR group policies and procedures.
Identify HR control and process weakness, document main control points and provide support for report recommendations.
Provide assurance that HR Group objectives and goals will be achieved efficiently and effectively.
Designs or participates in the design HR tools, policies, procedures, and processes.
Provides secretarial support for business and or staff committees, schemes, initiatives, or forums relating to own HR Area.
Present to the area management the results, recommendations and conclusions of the HR Control reviews.
Analyze HR operational and management processes and system controls effectiveness and efficiency.
Develop and maintain high standards of health and safety in the workplace and ensuring compliance to OSHA Act & guidelines across the Group
Qualifications:
Have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
At least one professional certification from the list – CHRP, HR Diploma, CIA, CHRRA, GARP, CRISC, ISO31000 or any related certification.
At least 5 years’ experience in Risk and/ or Compliance Management, preferably within the Human Resource function.
4 years Audit experience with demonstratable experience & expertise in HR Audits.
Ability to liaise with all levels of management and subject matter experts across the industry and within the organization to drive adoption of HR Risk & Governance initiatives.
General understanding of Workplace Health & Safety and Labour Laws.
