Duties and Responsibilities
Processing, Management and Storage of management information data such as data
on staff Training and Development activities, Preparation of appraisal reports, Skills
Inventory, Complement Control and Designing Management Information Systems.
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: –
OR
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a Bachelor of Science degree, and an advanced certificate or Post-graduate Diploma in Computer/Information Science or any other equivalent but relevant qualification from a recognized institution;
a comparable and relevant position in the Public Service for a minimum period
of three (3) years;
