Entry Requirements :
Diploma in Surveying or equivalent from a recognized institution
Member of Institution of Surveyors of Kenya
Proficiency in computer applications.
Fulfil requirements of Chapter 6 of the Constitution.

An officer at this level shall report to a senior officer
Duties and Responsibilities:
Will undertake all kinds of cadastral and control surveys.
Carry out theodolite work and related computations and adjustments.
Carrying out angular and distance measurements and computation for small density topographical, site engineering, general boundary, and photo control surveys.
Gather physical survey data
Transformation of coordinates from one projection to another.
Calculate geographical positions from one survey data to another.
Draw contours to aid in KFS physical construction works.
Promote public values and principles
Mentoring and coaching
