About the Job
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Agent to join our team and oversee the quality of collection on mobile lending products.
Responsibilities
On-ground checking and monitoring if the collectors are sticking to the process.
On-ground checking any misbehavior on the collectors.
Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports.
Make recommendations for improvement.
Create training materials and operating manuals.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Collection Quality Assurance Agent or similar role
Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance
Solid knowledge of the mobile loans collection process and KPI
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
