BasiGo Accounts Associate Jobs in Rwanda
Roles and Responsibilities:
Process and post various accounting transactions including AP, AR ,Reimbursements & Journal entries
Undertake bank and other related accounting reconciliations
Support the finance team in implementing new financial systems and processes
Support VAT , withholding tax and payroll related deductions filing
Enforcing the company’s finance and procurement policies, assisting in procurement processes, including obtaining quotations and preparing purchase requests.
Support Finance manager with accounting close
Assist in coordination of travel arrangements and accommodation for staff and visitors
Managing office petty cash and reporting thereof
Manage office supplies stock and place orders
Any other duties assigned by the manager
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other business-related fields
Certified accountant (CPA or ACCA)
Minimum of 1-year experience working in a busy accounting environment
Strong understanding of accounting standards and principles, especially IFRS requirements
Experience processing accounting transactions and posting
Proficiency with spreadsheets, and databases. Additional knowledge of financial software especially Odoo ERP is a plus
