Korea Foundation for International Healthcare Operation Assistant Jobs in Ethiopia
Job Responsibilities:
The Operation Assistant assists in developing, coordinating and implementing plans for the control, monitoring and reporting office operations including office supplies management, accommodation of office staff needs related to office operation activities, and etc.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to operations manager as and when required.
Update office operation procedures document as needed.
Coordinate with Manger to schedule team meetings and to provide follow-ups.
Order, store and organize all office supplies.
Manage incoming and outgoing letters.
Perform general office administrative duties.
Assist record, reconcile and manage payments and receipts on time.
Maintain logs sheets for office activities.
Support staffs in coordinating & facilitating goods & services for the office.
Ensure the accurate recording of all transactions including supporting documents to comply with KOFIH’s accounting policy and generally accepted accounting principles.
Reporting to Representative/manager and supporting the finance and accounting teams
Making reservations for various off-site business meetings
Categorize and document files related to administration
Performs other related duties as required by the supervisor.
Minimum requirements/Qualifications:
Ethiopian Nationals Only
Should have first degree from a recognized Higher Education Institution preferably a business administration/accounting and or related field.
Position Related work experience for 2 and more years is preferable
Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
Excellent computer skills including MS word, Excel and Internet browsing
Task-oriented individual, capable of high-stress environment: Must possess strong social and ethical qualities.
