Oneway Facilities Management IT Support Technician Jobs in Kenya
Roles and Responsibilities
Installing and configuring computer systems
Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
Set up, configure, and deploy hardware and software.
Manage disaster recovery process and ensure regular daily backup is taken.
Set up antivirus and provide day-to-day support.
Fully conversant with Windows, Outlook, and MS Office
Provide exemplary customer service across all levels of the organization
End User Device administration/configuration/support/troubleshooting
Support equipment, software, and connectivity for Windows workstations, PCs, printers, internet
Qualification & Experience
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Experience in providing end-user IT support in a fast-paced, changing environment.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Demonstrated ability to support Windows, Linux, and Mac OS users’ workstations.
High level of confidentiality due to the kind of information that is interacted with daily.
Able to travel frequently locally
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
