Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Requirements
To be considered, these minimum requirements must be evident on your resume.
Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
High school and above certificate.
Additional Skills
Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
Good Documentation Practices, Good Manufacturing Practice
Attention to detail and ability to detect and resolve issues, Integrity, Self-motivated
Right Attitude with high degree of teamwork
Able to work in shifts.
Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills, Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as blueprints or work instructions.
Basic understanding of machine operation and maintenance, Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to follow them strictly.
