Skills Global Limited Marketing Executive – Sacco Jobs in Kenya
Overall Job Purpose
Responsible for recruiting new members and selling SACCO financial products, growing business and market share in Kenya while maintaining strong relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
Recruit new quality organizations and advise them on eligibility for joining Sacco.
Recruit new members from existing and new organizations, ensuring compliance with Sacco policies and procedures.
Act as the point of contact for assigned relationships and achieve market share growth according to SACCO targets.
Explain to members the different types of financial products available and their respective terms and conditions.
Drive revenue growth by selling products and services, meeting set targets.
Find new leads, set meetings, follow up on presentations, and close recruitment and sales deals.
Develop and maintain referral networks internally and externally.
Manage collections and remittances for members.
Work closely with the marketing team in organizing events/promotions for new customer acquisition.
Academic Qualifications & Experience
Minimum diploma in sales and marketing.
Minimum one year of sales and marketing experience in a Sacco or financial institution.
Prior Sacco or financial institution experience is a plus.
Key Skills and Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently.
Team player with strong integrity.
