CPF Financial Services Assistant Officer, Agency Services Jobs in Kenya
Job Summary
This position is responsible for letting and selling listed properties in an effective, professional, and profitable way, to the highest professional standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Accompany clients to inspect properties when required, showing properties to interested parties or arranging viewing as appropriate.
Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service;
Pay attention and attend to customer inquiries.
Ensure an efficient supply of brochures and other marketing materials to Agency Offices;
Gather, prepare, and process documents, such as loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, deeds, Letters of Offer, Leases and Tenancy Agreements;
Photocopy and keep an accurate and up-to-date record of sales documents;
Maintain efficient and accurate filing systems;
Collect monthly fees and maintain records of payments and rental activity;
Prepare marketing information and materials such as sales particulars and brochures and convey this to interested parties;
Respond to enquiries by interested parties, providing the required information to them, and progressing their interest and pursuing closure with suitable and able parties;
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements for appointment:
Bachelor’s’ Degree in Land Economics, Real Estate, or relevant field
Diploma in Estate Agency and Property Management or any relevant professional qualification/ certification
At least 1-year relevant experience in a similar organisation or function
