The recruiting entity is one of the largest Pension Schemes in the Country with an asset baseof over Itsh 15B. The Pension Scheme has over Pshs Billion invested in one (1) Commercial Building. residential properties and vacant plots spread across the country.

The role is responsible for maintaining a clean environment in the office, kitchenette management and offering logistical support.

Duties and Responsibilities

Collecting. recording. delivering distributing mails:

Attending official errands as directed by officers:

Photocopying documents:

Paying bills including statutory payments:

Assisting in receiving and directing visitors:

Driving official motor vehicle as may be directed;

Ensuring safety passengers. sound maintenance and upkeep of motor vehicle as maybe assigned; and

Performing any other duties as may be assigned front time to time.

Person Specification

KCSE Certificate

Must bean NYS graduate.

At least 5 years &pang experience
