Qualifications & Skills
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Humanities, Business Administration, Psychology or any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer experience role(s) in a fast-paced or similar organization.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is a critical advantage.
• Must possess adequate verbal and written communication skills;
• Demonstrated ability to apply structured thinking & analysis techniques to complex and ambiguous problems.
• Excellent customer service skills.
