Responsibilities:

Develop visually stunning designs for both print and digital media, including book layouts, book covers, marketing materials, and social media assets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including authors and marketing, to understand project requirements and deliver impactful designs.

Stay abreast of design trends, tools, and industry best practices to consistently elevate our visual storytelling.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and CorelDraw.

Strong conceptualization and creative problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions.
