Kenya Plant Health Inspectorate Service Senior Supply Chain Management Assistant Jobs
Duties and responsibilities: –
In charge of the stores;
Receiving and issuing stores;
Following-up with suppliers on all pending deliveries;
Advising on pending orders in the store for replenishment;
Filing and maintaining store records;
Generating Goods Received Notes (GRN);
Sorting, dispatching and filing invoices and other documents;
Capturing and processing stores data;
Complying with Procurement Act;
Preparing requisitions for stocks replenishment; and
Monitoring the movement of stores.
Persons Specification
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: –
Four (4) years’ work relevant work experience as a Supply Chain Management Assistant
Diploma in purchasing and Supplies (CIPS) Final or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
Proficiency in Computer applications skills;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Compliance with chapter six of the Constitution.
