KenGen Manager, Project Monitoring & Evaluation Jobs in Kenya
Job Summary
Reporting to General Manager, Business Development & Strategy, the job holder is responsible for overseeing monitoring & evaluation of projects.
Duties and responsibilities
Ensuring projects delivery within Budget, Schedule, Specified Scope and quality
Efficient utilization of project resources such as time, funds and human capital guided by the Key Performance Indicators.
Development, implementation and monitoring of contracts management framework
Development and implementation of efficiency framework and ensuring that efficiency is entrenched during projects planning.
Seek avenues of revenue diversification by sourcing for opportunities to offer both internal and external consultancy service is areas of Divisional expertise such as design and construction.
Person Specifications
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:
Minimum relevant experience of twelve (12) years with at least five (4) years in a management role
Master’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Civil Engineering from a recognized institution and accredited by EBK
Bachelor of Science/Technology Degree in: Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Civil Engineering from a recognized institution and accredited by EBK
Registered Professional Engineer with Engineers Board of Kenya
Membership with Institution of Engineers of Kenya in good standing
Qualification in a Leadership Course from a recognized institution;
Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
