Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for supervising and organizing the sales team to help drive revenue.He/she will motivate their team to generate leads, build and maintain client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Employee’s duties and responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to the following:
Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our products and services.
Prepare the sales budget.
Create a team of competitive and efficient sales representatives through effective supervision.
Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them
Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
Train, motivate and advise a team of sales representatives
Achieve company objectives by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress, planning thoroughly, setting sales goals and analyzing performance data.
Forecasting sales accurately and scientifically by constantly searching for new and profitable markets.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Ensure that the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
Make monthly Sales departmental reports.
Assist the management team in product planning by suggesting improvements in product design, style, size, attributes e.t.c
Minimum Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field
Prior experience in managing and directing a sales team, planning and implementing sales strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Dedication to providing great customer service.
Knowledge of Ms. Office software
Knowledge of how to ride a motorcycle is an added advantage
