Job Description
Our client is a manufacturer of galvanized wire. They seek to hire a Business Development Officer to identify opportunities for business growth and create sales strategies based on those opportunities in order to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyzing current and past financial data and providing strategies to cut costs and increase revenue
Leading the charge on market research plans to identify new opportunities
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
Encouraging new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals
Tracking expenses and maintaining the company budget
Ensuring that the company meets revenue targets
Providing training and mentoring to other members of the team
Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related.
Strong business knowledge and experience interpreting financial data
Ability to research new markets effectively
Creativity and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical and detail-oriented
Strong negotiation skills
Decision-making and leadership skills
Advanced time management and organizational skills
