Requirements for appointment:-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Business Administration preferably with a bias in Marketing or related field from a recognized institution.
Creative and innovative thinker;
Excellent communication skills; and
Networking, interpersonal and collaboration skills for effective partnership working;
Duties and Responsibilities: –
Develop marketing strategy for new and existing products & services within the county;
ii. Carry out the day to day activities of the marketing team;
Develop marketing strategies including branding, advertising aimed at improving marketing of the community products;
Work closely and assist individuals and producer business groups such as co-operative societies, self-help groups in developing marketing strategies;
Undertake market research and advise on market trends;
Prepare and submit quarterly marketing reports; and
Plan, monitor and evaluate performance of staff against the set targets.
