Fanisi HR Solutions Talent Acquisition Assistant Jobs in Kenya
This role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment/talent acquisition process.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create job descriptions
Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates
Review CVs-longlisting and shortlisting
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other stages of the recruitment process
Build and maintain a pipeline of diverse and high-quality candidates
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Collaborate with the HR team to streamline onboarding processes for new hires
Required Specifications
At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role
Experience working in a recruitment agency or a HR Consulting firm is highly desirable
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
Exposure and understanding of the SME space
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
High emotional intelligence and excellent people skills
Keen attention to detail and strong administration skills
