Unity Homes Site Resource Controller Jobs in Kenya
Compiles, analyses and maintains records of material, manpower and asset usage on a construction site with the goal to accurately determine construction costs of each activity.
Responsibilities:
Measuring, collecting, analysing and representing all construction related data to manpower, materials and resources usage,
Coordinate with all site supervisors to ensure accountability for all resources,
Computes quantities of material required to complete a job,
Assisting the Project Coordinator,
Assisting in Updating and maintaining all construction related inputs to the company ERP,
Providing administrative support as needed,
Undertaking project tasks as required.
Skills and Qualifications
Degree in construction management or quantity surveying from a reputable institution of higher learning,
Well-organised,
Advance spreadsheet programme skills,
High proficiency in MS projects and/or primavera,
Detail-Oriented,
Able to thrive in a team environment and have excellent communication skills,
Have good time-management skills,.Good critical thinking skills to troubleshoot potential problems,
