Asian Development Bank (ADB) is currently seeking applications from eligible applicants for the post of IT Specialist (Product Lead – Digital Factory) in Manila, Philippines. The duration of this post is 3 years.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The IT Specialist (Product Lead – Digital Factory) will perform the following functions-
- Strategy, Planning, and Client Management
- Responsible for the overall evolution of Digital Factory and its product portfolio.
- Lead dialogue with business users to manage Digital Factory Roadmaps.
- Identify opportunities to innovate and continuously improve user touch points with systems to bring seamless digital experience to the user community.
- Product Design and Development
- Leads design and delivery of delightful product experiences by embracing fully user-centric design principles in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
- Leads teams to deliver high-quality solutions by fully embracing agile practice and DevOps.
- Through the iterative development processes, validate designs based on the clients’ needs, requirements, and behaviors.
- Manage scope and expectations in balance with various constraints.
- Monitor and evaluate progress and ensure timely reporting to ITD management and concerned steering committees.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have:
- Master’s Degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other relevant fields; or University degree and at least 5 years specialized experience relevant to the position.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience managing IT maintenance & support activities or projects related to automation systems.
- International experience working in several countries.
- Ability to distill complex concepts into design concepts and requirements.
- Strong experience in software design and development using the Agile scrum delivery framework.
- Experience in the application of design thinking and user experience (UX) approaches
- Working knowledge in user research, usability testing, rapid prototyping, interviews, and translating findings into product design specifications.
- Ability to apply agile development, DevOps, change management, project management, and other implementation methodologies.
- Demonstrated proficiency in preparing and presenting business cases orally and in writing.
- Demonstrated skills in software development estimation, planning, and design.
- Experience in working with external suppliers and outsourcing.
- Excellent interpersonal, client relationship, and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
