If you could change one thing in a movie/TV-show, how differently would the storyline play out?

If I could change one thing in a movie or TV show, the storyline would play out differently. For example, in the movie “The Shawshank Redemption,” if I could change one thing, I would have Andy escape from prison earlier in the story. This would change the entire plot of the film, as well as the ending.
