If an intruder breaks into your house right now, what’s the first thing you grab to defend yourself?

It really depends on the situation. If I have time to grab something, I’ll probably grab a baseball bat or something similar. If I don’t have time, I’ll just try to fight them off with my bare hands.

In all honesty, though, I’m not sure how effective either of those would be. I’m not exactly a big guy, so I don’t think I could do too much damage with a bat. And if the intruder is armed, then fighting with my bare hands is probably not going to end well for me.

So, in the end, I guess it really just depends on the situation. If I have time to grab something, I’ll try to grab something that could potentially do some damage. If not, then I’ll just have to hope for the best.
