If it were to happen, my best scenario is to walk to Greece, find a boat, manage to get to an island. Rot will only increase speed in the coming heat and corpses in the water between the mainland and the islands would attract fish and sharks and will be eaten.
So, considering that, the highest risk of my objective failing is to be spotted and killed en route, or you know – while trying to figure out how boats work 😀
