Disclaimer: this story is TMI and idk Jack shit about human gestation
So I went on break at work. I had to use the bathroom and change out a tampon. When I removed the tampon I saw a strange clump on tissue sticking to the cotton. I examined it and found that it was a cluster of stringy tissue and a lump less than the size of my pinky fingernail. The texture was firmer than a blood clot and the color bloody/pale. I have no idea what it could be except for a zygote (?) That didn’t take thanks to my birth control. I’m not interested in children but I feel a strange sense of melancholy thinking of what could have been.
Anyways Im looking for advice and opinions from random strangers on the internet. Like I said, idk for certain that it was an early miscarriage. If any nurses/doctor’s have a possible explanation pls let me know.
