How will the way work is done within the healthcare sector change within the next few decades?

Within the UK, healthcare corners are being cut. Theres less doctors and more Nurse practitioners, physicians assistants etc, taking over the roles that would solely be the doctors role. So my guess? There will be less qualified healthcare professionals making the healthcare decisions they’re unqualified to make.
