How will businesses find their profit in this current economy we’re in here?

A lot of businesses pass the rising costs a few different ways, they’ll charge more to their customers, they’ll not give as many raises, bonuses or benefits to their current employees and they’ll look at other ways to save money, maybe trim non essential staff, lower the quality or expand/reduce hours.
